Liam is a native of Rochester, New York, but has lived in several areas including the Midwest, New York City, as well as the Hudson Valley and Finger Lakes regions of New York before moving to Nashville in 2015.
Early in life Liam discovered an interest and talent for cooking, so after graduating High School, he began working in any restaurant kitchen that would take him. After several years working up the chain of command in local restaurants, he enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park New York. After graduating, the next 7 years were spent cooking and managing kitchens in the Hudson Valley and the Finger Lakes. Liam grew tired of the snow and cold and arrived in Nashville where he continued to cook until deciding to pursue a new challenge in real estate.
Liam joined the Voda Real Estate Group in 2017 and draws on his experiences, skills and work ethic learned while working as a Chef to provide clients with the support, information and dedicated service to ensure success. The drive and focus needed to perform as a Chef lends itself well to achieving the goals of any client looking to purchase, sell or invest in real estate.
